Weekly Highlights
David Cross of White Lake
scored a hole-in-one on the second hole.
Cross aced the second hole with a wedge. For the
round he shot a one-over-par 73 despite having a triple
bogey 8 on the par-5 eighth hole.
Playing with Cross at the time were Steve Godwin,
Charles Devane, Norgie Hester and Mac Porter.
Ann Tessnear aced the 16th hole on
Saturday.
Her shot was witnessed by BC Smith, Ronnie Tart, and
Richard Smith.
Charles Devane shot 73 which
included 4 birdies and an eagle.
Other scores
posted last week included Mac Porter (75), Alan Stepro
73 (w/an eagle on #15), Ronnie Tart (76), Ed Horne (74),
and Brian Beaver (72).
First flight
winners in the
West Bladen Golf Tournament Giorgio Boussias,
Matthew McIntyre, William McMillian, and J.B. Bordeaux.
Second flight winners were Tab Dicketrson,
Anthony Bailey, David Wilkins, and Bobby Wineberger.
The third flight was won by Andy Clark, Gary Tew,
Tommy Roberts, and Robert Ezzell.
