The Fifth Annual BCC Foundation Golf Tournament is scheduled for Thursday, May 29th.

Time: 9:00 a.m. shotgun, please arrive by 8:30 a.m.

Format: 4-Man Captain's Choice. Bring your own team or you will be assigned to one.

Entry: $200 per team or $50 per person.

Prizes: Hole-In-One sponsored by Dorman Motor Co.

Players: First 80 paid entries. Checks much accompany entry form.

Hole Sponsors: $100 per hole
